财务主管 is derived from the Latin word “bursa” which is an official in charge of funds at a college or university. The 财务主管的办公室 uniquely services students, parents, and the Loyola campus community. Student services include analyzing 学费账户, processing outside scholarships, and applying payments by cash, check, or e-Check.

Services for departments on campus include the disbursement of the university’s 应付账款 and purchase order checks, processing of 部门的存款, 零用现金报销, and maintaining the university's 本账户 系统. Our office strives to render an atmosphere of excellence in customer relations and accuracy in all administrative endeavors.
